RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Custom Made-to-Order Products All our products are custom-made to order specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers in the European Economic Area have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right does not apply to customized or made-to-order goods. By placing an order, you acknowledge that our products are custom-made and therefore exempt from the standard right of withdrawal.

Defective or Incorrect Items We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, wrong product, or an item with printing errors, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will:

  • Offer a free replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund

Damaged in Transit If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Report an Issue Contact us at [your email] with your order number, description of the issue, and photos. We will respond within 2 business days.

Non-Refundable We cannot offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Incorrect size or color selected by customer
  • Minor color variations due to screen settings
  • Delayed delivery due to incorrect shipping address provided
